A curated set of plans and models that map my exploration of space, scale and form. These pieces function as visual building blocks that shape my design thinking and storytelling.
1. Co- Working Space : The aim was to create and define what a co-working office space looks like and then draw parallels between the existing and the hypothetical world while focusing on lighting within the space. As an extension, we designed a three-way light fixture for the space.
2. This is a concept model for a hypothetical public space that is based on arcade architecture. The idea is to create least number of distractions while letting people inside have strong connections with the outside world also. The traditional ‘jaali’ patterns on the windows help in fostering such connections and have been used to enhance the triple layered pathways.
3. This dynamic installation was created as an amalgamation of aesthetics and functionality. It was created by the group effort of individuals who were driven to create something that adds in to the overall feel of our campus and aids in promoting the feeling of collective belonging in a space that is shared by everyone. We used Bamboo as the base of this installation that works very well in contrast to the concrete look of the space while the manual pulley system helps in changing the form on the whims of the user.
